Do you have a list of channels available?

Zoomtak has changed all of that, our English content specialists and software engineers from around the globe work tirelessly to keep the boxes updated with the latest streams and plugins, and also removing from the system any defunct plugins that have gone down. This is all done automatically through our exclusive online updater app, which is not available on any other box, taking all the tech and guess work our of the process for users making the experience care-free for our customers. That being said, there are often multiple different options of providers for the same content and new content is always being added, so it’s very difficult to provide a list as it’s constantly changing.

Is the content in 4K resolution?

The majority of the content is offered in HD1080p. However Zoomtak devices are capable for 4K resolution and can play your own content or content from other 4K sources like Youtube.

How often are the updates?

Our software engineers from around the world keep Zoomtak devices constantly updated with the best content, by adding new content as it becomes available and removing any that have become defunct. These updates are performed by our exclusive online updater app which is not available on any other box. The updates are not on a set schedule, however could occur as often as once a month.

Do you provide support?

What are the internet speed requirements?

Our minimum recommended internet speed requirement for operation is 8mbps, however, Zoomtak being an internet streaming device the faster your speed the more enjoyable your experience.

What countries does Zoomtak work?

Zoomtak will work not only in just the United States but almost anywhere in the world you have a high-speed internet connection, making the device ideal for traveling with. (Zoomtak does not work in the People’s Republic of China)

Is a VPN required?

VPN services, and IP unblocking services are not required to operate Zoomtak.

Is it really only a one time payment?

Yes, only a one time payment is required. There is no monthly fees, no contracts, and no strings attached.

Do you have a return policy?

We only accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of your purchase. The cost of the return shipment must also be paid by the shipper. If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.

Do you have any physical stores?

There is no physical stores purchase is only available online.
